Warehouse Floor Barcode Label Kit

Our Warehouse Floor Label is virtually indestructible. The process begins with a protective 3.2mm bevelled aluminium frame that is easily attached to the floor by four concrete anchors. The Metalphoto® aluminium bar code label, with 3M semi-permanent adhesive, is then placed in the frame, followed by a Lexan® cover layer. This frame protects the label from the abuse of pallets and vehicular traffic. The label is easily changed by simply popping out the existing label with a screwdriver and replacing it with a new one. The label kit comes with easy to follow instructions, concrete anchors and a concrete drill bit for easy installation. Our Warehouse Floor Label is the most durable bar code label available on the market today.

Warehouse Rack Labels

IMEC Media has Warehouse Rack Barcode Labels for every application We design each warehouse label for your application and by considering your inventory system, scanner type, scanning distance and angle, and mounting method, we assure that you receive the highest value label solution. IMEC Media supply a wide range of Warehouse Rack Labels to meet the needs of each application from cost effective Paper Labels, durable Polyester Labels and movable Magnet Labels.

If price is an issue then we recommend our Paper labels which are our most cost effective warehouse solution we offer.

However if you require a more durable and long lasting label then we recommend our Polyester Warehouse Rack Labels which are also our most popular Warehouse Label. Graphic elements are added to eliminate confusion and improve functionality and a permanent pressure-sensitive adhesive provides lifetime adherence.

IMEC Media also supply Magnet Labels. Our Magnetic Warehouse Rack Labels are perfect if you require the ability to relocate labels. They consist of a durable premium polyester label with a magnetic backer.

IMEC Media also supply Multi-Level Rack Label Systems which can eliminate the need for long range scanning and are designed to eliminate the confusion of which rack to scan. Graphic elements are designed to remove the confusion of which rack to scan. Our foam tape adhesive makes this system easy to assemble.

Long-Range Retro-Reflective Bar Code Labels

IMEC Media has more Long-Range Retro-Reflective Barcode Label Solutions than we display on our website. Each label is designed to reach scanning distances of up to 9 metres with long-range scanners. These label systems provide the ultimate in functionality and are designed for each individual application. By assessing your inventory system, scanner type, scanning distance and angle, mounting method, and budget, we assure that our long-range retro-reflective bar code labels will work in your application.

Our Fixed-Mount Retro Reflective System includes holes or foam tape adhesive for mounting to bar joist or any existing fixture. Slanted sides provide proper scanning angle and are designed to reach scanning distances of over 9 metres with long-range scanners.

Our Hanging Retro Reflective System is designed to hang from chain or attach to suspended wire. Our universal hanging bracket provides proper scanning angle and are designed to reach scanning distances of over 9 metres with long-range scanners.

Our Two-Sided Retro Reflective System is designed to hang from chain or attach to suspended wire. Slanted sides provide proper scanning angle and are designed to reach scanning distances over 9 metres with long-range scanners.

Our Pipe Mount Retro Reflective System is designed to hang from conduit or PVC and provide proper scanning angle. Two holes at the top of the bracket provide the option of adding zip ties.

Custom Warehouse Signs

IMEC Media produces Custom Warehouse Signs for every application; from hanging signs, to aisle signs, to dock door signs that need to last outdoors.

Our Hanging Signs have a lightweight, yet tough white plastic backer for high visibility. Holes are added for hanging. Text and/or barcodes are produced to yield long distance readability. All of our warehouse signs are custom made and designed to meet your needs.

Our Fixed Mount Signs have a lightweight, yet tough white plastic backer for high visibility. Holes or adhesive strips are added for mounting. Text and/or barcodes are produced to yield long distance readability. All of our warehouse signs are custom made and designed to meet your needs.

Our Aisle Signs are ideal for identifying rack and shelf ends. They are constructed from a lightweight, yet tough white plastic backer for high visibility. For attachment, we include holes, adhesive or magnets. Text and/or barcodes are produced to yield long distance readability.

Our Outdoor Door and Dock Signs are produced of Metalphoto® anodized aluminium and last up to 30 years outdoors. Our Indoor Door and Dock Signs have a lightweight, yet durable white plastic backer and two strips of 3M foam tape for attachment.
