Utility Pole Tags

Our anodized aluminium labels have been used for outdoor labelling for over 25 years. Our Utility Barcode Pole Tags have been used in conjunction with GIS mapping initiatives, and automated pole maintenance programs. Collecting revenue from your poles requires an accurate catalogue process - again, bar codes are easier and more accurate than manual systems. Bar coding is also faster, less expensive and more accurate than manual data collection, which translates to reduced down time and maintenance costs.

Our aluminium labels are also used for dating and inspection tags, pole treatment type and date tags, pole jurisdiction tags and "Do Not Climb" markers. Our tags can incorporate both the utility name and logo. Unlike the poor graphic quality of embossed tags, our pole markers are made with a photographic process, which allows us to incorporate highly readable logos and bar codes.

Our Metalphoto Pole Tags are photographically imaged below the surface creating an impenetrable barrier to dirt, sunlight, chemicals and solvents and have a 30-year life outdoors.

Asset Tracking Barcode Labels

IMEC Media's highly Durable Anodized Aluminium Labels allow you catalogue and permanently mark your utility assets. The graphics of our labels are sealed within the anodic layer of the aluminium creating an impenetrable barrier to salt, dirt, chemicals, sunlight, and temperatures up to 343° C. This label has a 30-year life outdoors. Also, Teflon® treatment can be added for resistance to paint.

Unlike the poor graphic quality of embossed tags, our Utility Asset Tags are made using a photographic process, which allows us to produce high quality barcodes. IMEC Media can also incorporate highly readable logos or accident prevention symbols into any marker. All of our barcode labels have a 30-year life outdoors.
