IMEC Media TERMS & CONDITIONS

You may only use your own account, and cannot use anybody else's account without their prior express permission.

Once set up, your account will continue indefinitely, regardless of usage levels, unless terminated by you or IMEC Media. You can terminate your account with IMEC Media by calling 01-205 0720. IMEC Media can terminate your account without prior notice at the discretion of IMEC Media management.

IMEC Media reserves the right to change the terms, conditions, and notices under which IMEC Media services are offered. You are responsible for regularly reviewing these terms and conditions and for additional terms posted on the IMEC Media website.

You may not copy, modify, transmit, display, distribute, perform, reproduce, licence, publish, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information software, products and services obtained from IMEC Media.

As a condition of your use of the IMEC Media site/services, you will not use the site/services for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms, conditions and notices.

You may not use the site in any manner which could damage, disable overburden or impair any IMEC Media site/service or interfere with any other parties use and/or enjoyment of those sites/services.

You may not attempt to gain unauthorised access to IMEC Media sites/services, other accounts, computer systems and networks connected to any IMEC Media site/service, through hacking, password mining or any other means.

No compensation will be made to you for the set-up or operation of your account.

You agree that the participation in the sites/services provided by IMEC Media is entirely at your own risk.

The products/services of IMEC Media are provided on an as is and as available basis. IMEC Media makes no representations or warranties of any kind, whether expressed or implied, as to the operation of their sites/services, the information, content, materials or products, included on or in the products/services. To the full extent of the applicable law, IMEC Media disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchant liability and fitness for a particular purpose. IMEC Media will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of IMEC Media products/services, including but not limited to direct, indirect, consequential, incidental and punitive damages. No oral advise or written information given by IMEC Media, its affiliates, agents, directors, employees nor agents, or the like, shall create a warranty, nor shall you rely on any such information or advise.

In accordance with the IMEC Media privacy policy, IMEC Media respects your privacy.

CREDIT CARD SAFETY
IMEC Media and our secure payment service providers, use the latest technology to protect your credit card information and do not release it to any outside organization. You can place your orders using secure encryption (the Internet standard for secure transactions) . Any losses sustained by the transmission of personal information by e-mail or Internet links shall be borne exclusively by you.

SECURE TRANSACTIONS
IMEC Media intends to provide you with the safest and most secure shopping experience possible. Since offerings and technologies change, we reserve the right to change, modify, add or remove portions of our Privacy Policy at any time without prior notice. If policy changes are substantial, we will notify our customers via e-mail. Please periodically review our Privacy Policy for changes.

CANCELLATION
You may cancel your order by informing us of this in writing any time up to seven days from the day after the day of delivery. Goods are to be returned to us at your expense in an unused, unopened, condition without the seals or wrapping being removed or broken. We will refund your money within 14 days of receipt of the goods or within 30 days of your cancellation, whichever is the earlier. Returned goods are to be accompanied by a note showing your name, the date of order and the order number, and should be forwarded to our Customer Service Representatives at the address below. If you do not pay for the goods to be returned to us, a deduction will be made from your refund to cover our costs for collecting the goods.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
Should you receive a damaged or defective item from us, we will offer you a choice of:
A prompt replacement.
A full refund.
An alternative item of the same value.
However, you must return the damaged or defective product and this must be received by us within 30 days of delivery to you. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ireland, and the parties hereby submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts to settle any disputes which may arise in connection with these terms and conditions.

These terms and conditions are intended to be serviceable. If for any reason, any term or condition is held unenforceable or invalid, the remaining shall be enforceable in full.

By registering with IMEC Media, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
