IMEC Media acknowledges that we gather information about our customers. We see this as a great responsibility and have prepared this statement to demonstrate our commitment to keeping all information gathered about our customers absolutely confidential.

SITE SECURITY
The IMEC Media servers are located in a secure facility. Credit card and debit card details are not stored by by IMEC Media.

DATA PROTECTION ACT
IMEC Media holds information on customers in accordance with the provisions of the Data Protection Act 1998, and will adhere to any other relevant future legislation in this area. Under this legislation, customers can obtain a copy of all information which IMEC Media has on its databases in relation to them. Customers wishing to obtain such information should contact us at sales@imecmedia.ie

USE OF INFORMATION
IMEC Media only holds and uses personal information to provide additional service to our customers. These services include, but are not restricted to; making payments easier by holding default details for payment & delivery and tailoring bargain notices and other content to customers individual preferences. To this end, information collected on customers will only be made available to IMEC Media and will not be disclosed to any third party without prior consent being obtained from the member or customers concerned.

REGISTRATION DURATION
Information shall be retained by IMEC Media for the duration of an individuals registration. Registration is for an indefinite period but may terminated at the customers request by contacting IMEC Media at sales@imecmedia.ie
