Metalphoto® Aluminium Bar Code Labels

Graphics of these durable labels are sealed within the anodic layer of the aluminium, creating a label with excellent readability in the harshest environments. This durable label's image is photographically imaged below the surface creating an impenetrable barrier to chemicals, solvents, salts and can survive in temperatures up to 343°C. This aluminium label will last the life of the part.

Extra High Temperature Aluminium Bar Code Labels

Our Extra High Temperature process enhances our aluminium label and means it can resist temperatures up to 649°C. Now there is a bar code label for your work-in-process or product identification applications exposed to temperatures up to 649° C. These labels give you a solution for your high temperature applications and are ideal for work-in-process applications never before imagined.

Teflon^® on Aluminium Bar code labels

This label is ideal for applications that require resistance to cleaning, pickling and/or painting, e-coat or powder coating processes. These labels also protect the graphics if exposed to caustics and strong acids. These labels also resist contact with caustics and strong acids. Our laminated product resists temperatures up to 148°C and our fused product resists temperatures up to 260°C.

Self-Stripping Label

Our new Self-Stripping bar code label reads clearly after enamel or powder coating - no masking of paint to remove. Need to meet OEM traceability requirements, or your own internal tracking requirements? IMEC Media's Self-Stripping label has a specially developed laminate, which shrinks into a small plug when subjected to baking coatings such as power coating or enamel coating processes - enabling seamless barcode tracking from product birth to death.

Premium Polyester Bar Code Labels

This label is not as durable as our aluminium bar code labels, but is a cost effective choice for environments that require mild resistance to chemicals and abrasion. Our polyester barcode labels have a protective over-laminate to shield against abrasion and chemicals. Our permanent pressure-sensitive adhesive provides lifetime adherence. These asset tags are economical as well as very durable.
